Clinical Issue- broken tooth number 11 with pulp exposure. Patient 21 years old.

Patient came to my dental office after the injury to the tooth. The tooth had a broken crown with the pulp exposure. For infiltration anesthesia I used Sundent USA anesthetic needles. Next with the same type of needle I completed intraneural anesthesia. For the wide opening of the cavity I used Sundent USA diamond burs number 16. Next with the same kind of burs I completed a pulp amputation. Then I removed the tooth′s pulp from the canal with H NiTi Files. Sundent USA NiTi Files are extremely flexible, which I can use in most difficult cases. After rinsing the canal with 5.25% hypochlorite sodium, I dried the canal with Sundent USA paper points. Absorbent Papers are color-coded and packaged to ISO standards. Paper points are white so exudate is seen clearly. Sundent USA apsorbent paper is highly absorbent. After filling the canal I used Sundent USA Gutta Percha as a sealer. Gutta percha can be easily applied to the tooth’s canal and it gives great contrast in RTG picture. Next I began rebuilding the tooth. For this I used Sundent USA Link Pins size 0.6. These link pins are covered with 24k gold, and they do not discolor the teeth. Thanks to the special burses which are included within the box it is easy to apply the link pins to the tooth’s canal. After applying the filling to the tooth and rebuilding the incisor angle, I finished fitting the occlusion bite with Sundent USA DIA-Burs. These burses are perfectly designed for their use.
